At Zhmary, we are committed to providing reliable and timely grocery and food delivery services across Afghanistan. Please read our refund policy carefully before placing an order.

 

 

1. No Refunds After Delivery

 

All payments are cash-based. Once an order has been delivered to your doorstep, it is considered final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason once the delivery has been completed.

 

 

2. Order Accuracy

 

We encourage customers to:

 

  • Check your order at the time of delivery.

  • If there is a missing or incorrect item, please inform the delivery person immediately.

 

If the delivery is incorrect due to a mistake from our end, we will do our best to resolve the issue—either by redelivery or store credit, only if reported at the time of delivery.

 

 

3. Cancellations

 

You may cancel your order before it has been prepared or dispatched by contacting our support team or the delivery person directly. Once the order is out for delivery or prepared, cancellation is not possible.

 

 

4. Damaged or Expired Items

 

We aim to ensure the quality of all items. If you receive a damaged or expired product:

 

  • Please notify the delivery rider immediately.

  • You may be eligible for a replacement, subject to our team’s review and approval.
